How often will I receive my subscription package?
All subscription packages will be mailed out on the 7th of every month, or the nearest working day. You should receive your package within 2 to 3 weeks. If your package has yet to reach you within 6 weeks of it being mailed, please let us know, and we will send you another package as soon as possible.
If you subscribed after the 7th, you will receive the following month's subscription content.
E.g. If you subscribed on the 7th of February, you will receive February's essentials. If you subscribed on the 8th of February, you will receive March's essentials, which will be mailed out on the 7th of March.
What is the billing cycle like?
You will be billed automatically every month on the same date you subscribed on. E.g. You subscribed on the 6th, you will thus be billed on the 6th of every month.
Does my subscription package have trackable shipping?
To keep our subscription rates to the minimum, we do not offer trackable shipping on subscription packages. We use a trusted and reliable courier, but should your package not reach you within 6 weeks of it being shipped out, do let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our Instagram Direct Message.
How do I view my subscriptions?
Log into your t&j account
and view your active subscriptions there. You will be billed monthly, which you can track on your account.
Can I change my subscription package from a Basic package to an Advanced package (or vice versa)?
Yes, of course. Simply cancel your active subscription and subscribe to the subscription package of choice.
Do I get a say in what comes in the subscription package for next month?

How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel at any time - simply log into your account to do so. If you have any concerns or feedback regarding your dissatisfaction, please let us know.
returns and refunds
t&j accepts returns and exchanges - do contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue and if need be, ship the items back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Here at t&j, we ship internationally. Your order will be shipped out within 1-3 working days. We try our best to keep shipping costs to the minimum. Duration for shipments within Asia Pacific excluding Australia, Japan and New Zealand take 1-2 weeks. Duration for shipments elsewhere internationally take 3-4 weeks. This is just a general estimate, your parcel will be trackable via the tracking number given in the invoice.
Our shipping rates vary depending on your country, and the weight of your order. Add your items to cart and visit the checkout page to identify the exact shipping cost of your order.
customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. t&j is not responsible for delays due to customs.
